Driver & Insurance Requirements
21+ years old to rent and drive.
Valid driver’s license required.
Valid auto insurance required — the renter’s policy is primary for liability and damages.
Where You Can Drive
Street-legal carts may be driven on public roads posted 35 mph or less.
Carts are registered motor vehicles — all standard traffic laws apply (stop signs, signals, right-of-way, etc.).
